REAL Turmat is mainly made from natural fresh Norwegian ingredients and cautiously freeze dried in a self-developed process. The process maintains the meals natural taste, aroma, appearance and nutritional values.

Our products do not contain any artificial additives except for vitamin C (E300). We have removed sodium nitrite from production of our Beef and Potato casserole since November 2005. REAL Turmat has 5 years shelf life from production date. This is possible due to the production process, the quality of the pouch and vacuum-technique.

If the contents should be loose and can be shaken before the pouch is opened, the pouch has a vacuum leakage. Vacuum leakage is a justified complaint if the bag hasn�t been punctured or damaged in any other way. The bags are inspected before packing and shipment to our customers, but vacuum leakage may still occur. In this case, please contact your retailer.

REAL Turmat is light weight and compact. All you need is a spoon and hot water. You use the pouch as a pan and a plate.
An opened pouch can be stored approx. 1 week in the refrigerator.
